Refund Policy

At Duare Darkar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver the best food delivery experience. However, in certain situations, refunds may be applicable as per the terms mentioned below: 

Refund Eligibility  
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:  
- Order Cancellation:  
  - If the order is canceled before the restaurant accepts it.  
  - If the restaurant cancels the order due to unavailability of items.

Non-Refundable Situations  
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:  
- Change of mind after the order is prepared or dispatched.  
- Food not to your taste preferences but prepared as per order.  
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

How to Request a Refund*  
- Contact our customer support team through the Duare Darkar app or helpline within 12 hours of receiving the order.  
- Provide clear evidence (photos, order details) to support your refund request.  

Refund Process 
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.  
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or wallet balance in the app.
