This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information across our suite of applications and platforms, which includes:
Duare Darkar (Customer App) – for customers to place and track orders.
Duare Darkar Vendor (Vendor App) – for vendors to manage products, inventory, pricing, and orders.
Duare Darkar Delivery Bondhu (Delivery Partner App) – for delivery partners to accept, fulfill, and complete deliveries.
Duare Darkar Admin Panel – for administrators to manage and monitor the platform.
By using our apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Duare Darkar platform, including customers, vendors, delivery partners, and administrators. Specific features may collect additional data, which will be disclosed at the point of collection.
We collect different categories of data depending on how you use our services:
Customers: Name, phone number, email address, delivery address, billing address, profile picture.
Vendors: Business name, contact details, GST number, banking details (for payments), vendor location.
Delivery Partners: Full name, phone number, address, government ID proofs (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, driving license), bank details, emergency contact details, and profile picture.
Administrators: Credentials required for secure access to the Admin Panel.
Details required to process payments, such as debit/credit card details, UPI ID, wallet credentials, or bank account details.
Payment information is processed through secure third-party gateways; Duare Darkar does not store card details in plain text.
Customer App: Location may be collected (with permission) to suggest nearby vendors, calculate delivery fees and times, enable live delivery tracking, and improve search relevance.
Delivery Partner App: Location is collected (including in the background when enabled) to assign orders, track active deliveries, optimize routes, and ensure the safety and reliability of deliveries.
Location data is not collected in the Vendor App or Admin Panel.
App activity such as pages viewed, clicks, time spent, preferences, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
Device details including IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile device identifiers, and network information.
Call logs, chat transcripts, and email records from customer support or disputes.

All third parties are required to handle your information under strict confidentiality.
Customer order and account data are retained for as long as the account is active, and for a limited period thereafter as required by law (e.g., taxation, auditing).
Vendor and Delivery Partner records are retained as long as they remain active on the platform and for regulatory compliance purposes.
Location data used for deliveries is stored temporarily and not retained beyond what is necessary for service fulfillment.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable laws, you have the right to:
